After I crashed my moped I came here and Dung cleaned all my wounds aswell as giving me instructions on how to ensure they healed as fast as possible, she also offered for me to return twice a day so she could clean and apply the recommended products properly for no extra charge, a real life saver! Came here for some stomach tablets, the lady was really friendly and helpful she recommended a few products and gave me some free charcoal tablets too. Definitely recommend :) thank you

I came here with a suspected ear infection, and Dung cleaned my ears as thoroughly as she could, and treated them with eardrops. She took her time to explain the aftercare and asked how long I'd be in Phong nha for so she could see if i could go back for a check up. She was patient, kind and made the crusty experience of being unwell while traveling a little better. This is the best place to seek assistance if you need non-emergency medical care.

This is such a great pharmacy! My ear was blocked and she helped me and cleaned my ears so well! She went over and beyond to help me! She did such a good job I can hear now better than I ever did! And she showed me how to aftercare! Thank you I would definitely recommend this pharmacy!

Could not recommend this pharmacy more if you have a health concern while travelling. I had an ear pain from jumping into a lake in the dark caves and potential infection. This pharmacy was super kind and helpful and cleared my ears for me. She also advised on my bee sting. They were super knowledgeable and helpful and answered all our questions and took a lot of time and care when seeing us. Also they are open late (til 11pm) which was a great help! Thank you!

A real queen ❤️🙏 I have heat burn blisters all over the bottom of my feet, this lady drained them, cleaned them and dressed them. She only charged me a small amount for what she had done. out from the goodness of her heart! A kind, gorgeous lady 🥹 thank you xxx

If I could give more stars I would. The owner of this pharmacy is excellent, compassionate and so caring for her patients. I went into the pharmacy yesterday with an open wound from a burn I got from a motorbike. Rather than just giving me medicine and sending me on my way, she told me to come in and she would treat and do it for me. She then told me to come back that evening and the next morning to treat and dress it for me. Couldn’t recommend her enough, she is so caring and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you so much
